  Over the last six months I’ve called them they never, ever answer their phones. Like ever.
  
  I don’t appreciate a service where I’m constantly getting a machine and having to wait for a call back. I think management need to fork out money and employ a receptionist.
  
  I will also take this opportunity to write that I don’t think the girls are that professional or welcoming, no smile, never warm, too serious, which I’ve held back on writing until now. After I finish my pre-paid services I won’t be returning.

  I started doing laser since last couple of months at specialist skin and laser Rockdale branch and today Emily did my laser and she was literally yelling at meh I’m still thinking why. She was such a rude staff I have ever got in my life. I’m never going back their because of her.☹️

  I highly recommend Vanessa. She provides exceptional service and a strong sense of professionalism. From the moment you walk in she makes you feel comfortable and has strong knowledge of the treatments she provides.   I have been to a few different places in the past and not once have I ever been this upset.
  The doctor was fast and I felt little to no pain, but I went in for an expensive treatment package and the doctor acted like a sales shark trying to get me to pay for hundreds of dollars more treatment even though it was included in the package. So I am extremely dissatisfied with what I got. I felt extremely pressured and uncomfortable and the doctor was very rude. Then, as he was taking pictures before the procedures, he went on to say, “You’re a good candidate for some treatments.” And as if that wasn’t bad enough, he said “Well, you’re a good candidate for A LOT of treatments, but uhhhh”.
  I went home and cried for a few hours. The only reason I’m getting this stuff done is because of my low self esteem, so thanks a lot Dr.Woo, you’ve ruined my year!

  After hearing horror stories on news programs and realising that not everyone out there knows how to properly provide laser, I searched online and found Skin First. I am so happy with my results and also very relieved to know that i'm receiving a safe treatment using a proper laser, with technicians that know what they are doing. Thanks for looking after me!

  Did a fantastic job on removing the hair from my back. Yes, sounds terrible but even men like quality laser hair removal. Will book in again when I'm in sydney next.
